By accessing or using in.page ("Service"), operated by in.page ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

in.page is a website builder platform that allows small businesses in India to create, publish, and manage professional websites. Our services include website hosting, domain management, template customisation, analytics, and related tools.

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use this Service. By using in.page, you represent that you meet this requirement.

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish ("User Content"). By using our Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute your User Content solely for operating the Service.

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or connected servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data
• Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Use the Service to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications

Certain features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Razorpay under their terms. Subscription fees are billed in advance — monthly, half-yearly, or annually.

Refunds are provided at our sole discretion. Contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction if you believe you are entitled to a refund.

We may offer a free trial period for new users. At the end of the trial, your account reverts to the free tier unless you subscribe. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time.

If you purchase a custom domain through the Service, you agree to the domain registrar's terms in addition to these terms. Domain registrations are non-refundable once processed.

The Service — including its design, code, templates, logos, and branding — is the intellectual property of in.page and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in.page shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless in.page, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
